Had a small issue of not getting driver contact details at time but when I contacted customer service they helped.
It was my worst experience...the bus to thrissur from Pondicherry was late. It was raining terribly we didn't even have a place to stand protected from rain. Finally they packed us all into villikyaam n askd us to get down in d middle of d night. Ee had to stand for almost 2 hrs beating mosquito bites till 130 am when finally bus arrived.... One doctor was traveling with me n he said 3 outta 5 times he traveled had d d same experience...
very good Vehicle and good staff . Staff hospitality is very good, asking for feedback after travel is very nice idea.
I will travel in future for sure !!
they said that they provide us full Entertainment but there was no Entertainment .. no wifi service

Journey was good and staff behaviour was very good.
It was a good journey. Seat was very much comfortable. Bus was late for a 15 minutes but it reached destination by the correct time. So it was not a problem. Service was good we all got a welcome drink.comparing to other bus services this is one of the best .

Bus quality is very good and seats are in good condition. Hotels were they stop for meals are good. One can have something from those joints. Overall I say booking through Parveen is not a waste at all
we booked tickets online. From pondychery to thrissur. i reached 9:00pm 30 minutes early in pondychery kallada office. they told me that the bus is breakdown in near to chennai so there no bus coming in to pondy. they arranged a f--king VAN to drop villupuram for catching another bus. after 1and half hour journey we reached villupuram and wait another 1 hour for kallada bus.there were almost 30 people waiting on that location and there max 10 seats to sit with mosquito bites.
atlast bus come , we asked to bus driver they didnt know about breakdown. that means its actually a adjust for making profit by cancelling a bus and we were cheated. me also tried to inform this incident to head office and they didnt response yet. and the insane journey ends 8:00 clock morning( thrissur).
thanks kallada for treating like this...................
Bus was very neat and clean. They amused me by giving water bottle, juice and snacks.
I booked for scania bus , but was offered a very old Mercedes bus. And it got breakdown after two hours of travel. We were stranded for 4 hours in the middle of a highway until an alternate bus arrived. I had booked ticket for Thrissur but was dropped on the way at mannuthi which was 6 kms away from Thrissur
Bus broke down...got delayed by 4 hours.
All plans cancelled
Only problem with this service is that the bus won't go to Thrissur city. If it touches the and pass through the Shaktan Thamburan Bus stand Jn, this is the best bus service from Puducherry both in quality and economic perspective. Recommended for Pondicherry University students...Thank you
Waiting at the border check post for 1 hour? Are you serious? Have not learnt how to manage all that after ask these years? Pathetic

Stinking inside, needs frequent cleaning. Started late reached late, missing a very vital engagement.

Booked bus was cancelled and no intimation were send to us. After waiting a long time they taken us in a poor quality bus to another location which was about 40km far from Pondicherry.
The journey was horrible. Bus came 1hr late at 10.15. The seat I was alloted C 4 was also alloted to another lady. I was shifted to seat B2 for which someone else came in the morning. Bus reached 1.5 hrs late. The bus was also leaking water in the rain.

Took a sleeper thinking that I can sleep properly and work the next day. Most of the time I was in the air esp. When the bus hit a pothole or a hump...
Excellent journey comfort
This polymer travels was three hours late and they insisted to get off at Mannuthi instead of Thrissur. even had a thought of approaching consumer court.

seat of lower birth is so low it looklike we are sleeping on the floor

it was really good, i used to travel between thrissur and vellore/ chennai often please let me know any offer. give me some offers so that i can utilise it.
The bus met with an accident. Though it was not the bus drivers fault these buses travel at extremely high speeds which would make it difficult to control in case of an accident. As a saving grace they provided us with alternate transportation to Thrissur.
no blanket for passenger. the staff did not allow passengers even to take dinner.
