Actually there is no negative number to rate.
The Bus was scheduled to be arrived at 12:30 AM early morning. The Travel Office gets closed by 10:30 PM. Upon calling the numbers provided for queries, none respond or pick the phone.
Even Red Bus Helpline is not available at that time.
Upon waiting on the street for hours, the Bus finally arrived at 1:15 AM. We were not allowed to board the bus since our reservation is not found on their chart. We were left aside as the Bus is full.
Lost money on Commute to Travel office and sleep for hours, in the company of Mosquitos
Red Bus is liable on this equally as the Travel agency.
The Best part from Red Bus in the cancellation charges levied on the return journey when the onward journey did not happen.
