Our bus time from pondy is 10pm. We reached villupuram by 10.45pm and we waited till 1am for the bus to come from chennai. And as per the booking time structure we should reach Mahe by 10am. But we reached calicut by 11.am. Till the we have not dropped anywhere for breakfast. And they took us by van to drop in Mahe. Finally we get down at Mahe by 1.15pm. My little son he vomit due to not having food. We fed up with their timing. Very worst.

Its my first bad experience through redbus. Actual bus timing is 10.00pm. but the Bus reached Pondy by 11.45pm due to heavy rain said by Redbus Manager. I am waiting for this KTC bus along with my wife and 4yrs child (he is suffering fever by that time) in the main road which is near to a bar without safety. Till 10.30pm we were waiting at Indira travels booking office(which is mentioned in the Redbus ticket),after that they said "we are going to close now, we cant wait till KTC bus because you are not booked through our agency". Then we brought all our luggage and kept in main road. There is no waiting room for KTC bus service. At-last we get into the bus by 11.45pm and it reached calicut by 10.00am next day. From Calicut we are shifted to van by 10.45am because this bus ends at Calicut. If we take a local bus from Calicut it will take hardly 1.30 hrs to reach Mahe. But we reached Mahe by 1.30 pm it means nearly 2.45 hrs. Just think about my journey. I should reach Mahe by 9.30am. I did a mistake " I am not booked through KTC booking agent". I booked through Redbus. Due to that reason i dont have any waiting room till bus reach my place. Please think before you book.
