Waiting time over changing buses was too long andwas waiting with my family on the street at midnight for more than hour

had to wait half hour before the pick up came and then again wait at vilipurm. also did not drop at kodai busstand .

window curtains were not working properly.

it was gud timely too. we relaxed and reached kodaikanal

very bad experience while waiting for the connecting bus. mosquitoes and flies at the stop we waited for hours.

Bus was an hour and a half late because of traffic. Staff were courteous.

From Pondicherry to kodaikanal- The entire journey was good. But somehow I feel reluctant to express my journey from Kodaikanal to Pondy. But otherwise it was good.

I have never seen more rude driver and cleaner . it's a shame how they treat women, said go pee outside in the open.

I went to kodaikanal through redbus..I felt so nice and bus speed, arrival timing, motel, everything was awesome and due to my experience I wish to say to people can choose redbus to travel to kodaikanal.. Thankyou

Coming back this morning with the bus SRS from Kodaikanal to Pondicherry , that was the last trip by bus night for ever with SRS ... Just a nightmare , on the way down from the hill , going so fast and crazy . Then no stop for 7 hours , I Ask the driver to pi , at a stop , he said , yes go and then he leaves without me I had to run to stop it and get in. NEVER AGAIN WITH SRS !

it was a nice experienc.but little problem with the mosquitos could make me un happy..

Could have been provided with an inflatable pillow for a little head comfort.

Bus reached late, but the rest was ok. Journey was ok as the driver drove well while going up the mountain.

Not considering the passengers to take interval between departure and arrival, bus doesn't have pillow or bed sheet, Irresponsible Staff , worst feel..

Reporting time was said 10.45 and bus will arraive at 11pm. but instead the bus came by 11.40 and they started by 12am.

        Good jouney. Choose redbus always.

Bus supposed to come to Pondicherry by 11 pm and it came around 11.45 pm. We have to wait with elder people and children till then. maximum 10 mins late is acceptable or atleast they should have informed us before about the delay. Rash driving on the hills.

Bus left 30 minutes late and arrives 2 hours late. There is no washroom on the bus but we made 3 stops for toilets. Beds were clean and relatively comfortable, but it was hard to sleep beuase the road was so bumpy and windy

The bus is very convenient and.the hospitality is good , but the only thing is bus not go by punctuality, the driver must be experienced because I was suddenly got up some other Person is driving pls check the safety measure for u r good service. THANK U

The bus was supposed to arrive at 10:15pm - after making several alls to RedBus we did not get a clear answer as to when the bus will arrive. My wife and I were standing on an isolated bus stop in Auroville in the dark and with many drunkards passing comments - our physical safety was in danger. Each time we called for an update we for that the bus will be there - total nonsensical answers. Now it is 11:00 pm and we are atill waiting. No one at RedBus was able to take ownership of the situation and inform us as to what was going on. Finally I threatened to take this matter up with media the next day as to the horrible services from RedBus and how our physical safety was compromised. Finally the bus arrived at 12:10 am - 2 hours late. We were asked to are your own luggage to store at back of bus - horrible service. I would like to escalate this issue to the owners of ResBus and demand a total refund of our tickets and a written apology. This unexpectable behavior and totally unprofessional - how will we ever compete with the west - what is going to happen to India??? Very dad that a big corporation like redbus has these obvious loopholes in their corporate infrastructure. Please make sure that this message reache the president and we promptly get our refund. greatly disturbed as students went on to make continuous disturbance, who are next to us. We expected staff will come and control them, never happened??????
