The bus was late, we tried contacting the number you provided. It was switched off. Really pissed off with the journey..
Bus contact number s provided for checking the arrival time. Attendant of bus didnt pick up the call even after 30 missed calls . boarding point mentioned in ticket is NOT valid. One hour delay in arrival... Irritated to book tickets in redbus.. Worst service ever.
The place, Fish-O-Fish is easy to find via Google Maps and right alongside it is the Rathimeena Parcel Service and their travel office. I reached it at 06:30 to not take chances and was offered a chair to sit for an hour in the office, and was also offered a cup of tea. When it was sharp 07:30, the bus whizzed to a stop in front of the office and I got in after confirming that its going to Chennai. Never ONCE did they check my e-ticket! Reached Koyambedu quite late, mostly because of the traffic by around 12:00+! Also, the driver was caught by police before Koyambedu as he drove through a red signal. Otherwise, all good.
We called more than 20 times to number given on ticket, but he did not picked up. Also they did not send bus driver number as well in advance. One time, i thought Bus would not come. However Bus arrived on 10-15 minute late from its schedule time.
