The staff of this bus behavior is very bad. I never had such a very worst experience in my travel. Also i will not use the Universal travels for my life time. also i will suggest my friends to book ticket in Universal travels

Bus came 1 hr late and no information was given by their staff for the delay.I have been asked to sit in any seat vacant instead of the reserved seat because all the reserved seats were occupied already by passengers came from Chennai. All the passengers reserved for Tirunelveli and beyond places were asked to change the bus @ velankanni and the driver and co staff didnt even allowed the passengers to pass urine.Morover they didnt even stop any where for dinner also.I suffered a lot bcoz being a diabetic patient i was forced to control my urinal bladder for almost 12 hrs and I took my dinner @ 11.30PM in velankanni.Pathetic and horrible experience.
