the bus is not a direct bus. changeover at karaikal. the bus scheduled to reach tirunelveli by 2.40 am . But it reached at 6 am. Pondy 6pm. Karaikkal reach at 10 pm. Karaikkal change over bus. 10.30 left karaikkal and reached Tirunelveli by 6 am. If i would have taken a bus from Pondy at 10 pm i could have reached tirunelvali by 5 am. Sheer non sense that red bus is displaying this particular service and cheating public.
very worst experience. 5pm timing bus arrived at 6.45pm. bus quality very very worst and the bus driver was not stop in dinner canteen.. totally very worst experience...
running crew to be polite with easy, pleasing manners, not to be of don!t care masters.
This is the worst ever travel I had from pondicherry to tirunelveli. As per the red bus the bus has to start at 5:00. But its arrived only at 5:40 PM. Then my seat was occupied by someone else. I was told I have to change the bus at karaikkal where I will be given the proper seat. But the same same bus was used till tirunelveli. As per red bus the bus should reached tirunelvel around 4:30 early morning. But it was reached 7:30 AM and no known reasons. My recommendation is if someone wants to go long distance like tirunelveli or nagercoil from pondi...a big no no. This is kind of high-tech city bus which can stop every 5 mins till tiruchy.Tiruchy is just 180 kms from pondi but took 8:00 hrs to reach. A pathetic experience
