They are stopping for dinner at 1.30 A.m. when journy from pithapuram begins at 6.30 p.m. i felt uneasy to have dinner break at 1.30 a.m in midnight. this has to be improved. dinner break should be between 8 to 9 p.m; apart from this i reached in time to l.b NAGAR at 5.4o a.m; went in time to my office.

Hi Team,I am not happy with the staff.I was carried two catoon boxes which one is a medium in size and other one is small one and not exceeding weight more than 15 KG but staff was demanded & made me to 200 rupees.Rna160301029878

I Booked seats L5,6 seats from Pitapuram-Hyderabad. THe bus was scheduled at 6:45PM. How ever, until I reach the call center at around 5:00PM to four different numbers, i didnt get the BUS and DRIVER details in SMS. AFter reaching them, they asked me to come to SAMALKOT, which was some 20Kms from PITAPURAM. This was another expense apart (100/-) from booking the ticket. Movie was not played in this bus, not even songs.. They told that the DVD player was in repair. The ticket amount they are charging is including for all the services.. Water was dripping inside from one small leakage at windows.. Very bad service and the SVR TRAVELS brand name is going in -ve direction because of this service. I will NOT refer this bus to a friend...

The boarding point is changed. I had to travel and one hour to reach boarding point.

The bus is not cleaned for few months. The staff is always rude and worst behavior with the passengers. I'll never prefer Meghana Travels. I have very good impression on redbus. Try to discontinue this travel service from, this may cause unpopularity of redbus.

well the process of ticket booking is so easy and journy is very safeside journy and the timing panctuality is great

The space will not be sufficient here. Better call my number. I will explain.

I was disappointed about a most important thing in the bus. There was no TV, which is utmost required to travel long distance. Windows slides are in pathetic condition. Overall the bus quality was bad.

It was horrible. No Co ordination in bus

My booking was from Hyderabad to Pitapuram to and fro journey. But the traveller cut it short to Kakinada only. He ran hyd to Kakinada and back. After paying the complete fair till Pitapuram, still I need to pay for travel from Kakinada to Pitapuram.

Only problem was they may provide video or may not based on drivers thinking. Thats only problem I have faced. except that remaining good.
