The bus was 45 minutes late and the driver's phone was switched off. But, they made sure that the bus reached Chennai on time.
No punctuality at all. We waited more than 1 Hr at boarding. Boarding point was closed (At perinthalmanna) and we waited near the road with laguage and child. Bus quality average.
