bus should be protected with rain, their is too much hassle travel in rainy season because at the time of rain water leakage appearing to seat
I am not able to travel on mentioned date due to staff behaviour. Bus also not reaches on time, punctuality not satisfied. The mobile no. given during booking of ticket needs to be be hang, Due to only that man I am not able able to
The conductor asks for money because I wanted to keep my baggage in the luggage box. When confronted he says he was asking for a tip. I think this is a very wrong precedence that the employee is setting. Tip is given only when we are happy with the service provided and depends on the discretion of the passenger than the right of the service provider.
Bus quality was very bad (black volvo) and sub standard. It was raining havelly outside and the entire bus was dripping. When reported to bus conductor, he said I cant do anything. You could call the number given at the ticket and ask. If they could do something. Almost all the co passengers were not slept whole night and some of travelled standing. The amount we pay for this bus and the quality bus was maintains, its a huge loose. Moreover the staff behaviour was like we are travelling free and they are doing favour on us. I think this particular bus is not fit for run on road.
