    This one of the worst bus I request to red bus how you select this type of bad bus. Bus staff were so rude and sin. Keeping this type bus red bus playing with customer feeling and comfort.

    The bus was making too noise. After entering Ranchi, the bus staff refused to go to last stop which is Ashoka Hotel.

    There was a breakdown..... And the bihar tourism didnt arranged any other bus so I had to travel through train and red bus is asking for feed back...... Guys plz update the status of bus before 1 hour of the time of journey
