I booked the ticket for 2/2 seater bus but had to board the sleeper bus. Staff had no information of e tickets. I had to take the journey 350 kms on a broken seat after the owner confirmed. Sri Krishna Rath does not deserves e-ticketing on redbus.

The most noticing thing of this bus is its punctuality. You dnt have to wait out there with ur luggages for ur bus to come. If u work is done 2½ hrs before the scheule, the bus is there for u to welcome.plesnt journey.
