It was the shittiest travel experience ever.... Your website said the bus starts at 5 pm.... It started at 7 pm... And all the night there was water dripping from the roof... All the seats were drenched in water...so over all the shittiest ride evr...how was that for a feedback....
The timing can be improved. I dont have any problem if fare will increase but stoppage need to be reduced. Its taking too much tym .
Bus quality:- Bus quantity is worse ever i had been travel, sheet mover was faulty.seat was got fixed and got troubled to sleep in night. Punctuality and staff behavior:-On the ticket bus time is given 5 Pm and time given by conductor is 6:30 Pm and bus started on 7 Pm.When I query about the conductor then he started arguing with me and trying to pretend to me that it was my fault to have their bus ticket and said to talk to phone number given on ticket.when i dial the number given on ticket(i.e:-9431905331)then found that number is already switch off. On the ticket, bus arrival time at kolkata is given 5 AM,conductor said we will reach at 7Am but actually we reached 10 AM at Kolkata. This is the worse experience of travel till now.donot want further to travel form this kind of bus services. Thanks, Priya Ranjan Kumar Singh
