Bus quality:- Bus quantity is worse ever i had been travel, sheet mover was faulty.seat was got fixed and got troubled to sleep in night. Punctuality and staff behavior:-On the ticket bus time is given 5 Pm and time given by conductor is 6:30 Pm and bus started on 7 Pm.When I query about the conductor then he started arguing with me and trying to pretend to me that it was my fault to have their bus ticket and said to talk to phone number given on ticket.when i dial the number given on ticket(i.e:-9431905331)then found that number is already switch off. On the ticket, bus arrival time at kolkata is given 5 AM,conductor said we will reach at 7Am but actually we reached 10 AM at Kolkata. This is the worse experience of travel till now.donot want further to travel form this kind of bus services. Thanks, Priya Ranjan Kumar Singh
