Although online timing is 5pm, the actual time of departure is 6:30pm and the bus reaches Kolkata after 9am. The take lots of extra people, charging them low. They either sit on the floor or cabin or some even stand.

Lot of rattling noise in the bus, seemingly there was a patch in the wheel, on low speed, the bus was continually bumping. Scheduled departure being at 6 PM, the bus started at 7.15 PM. Scheduled to reach at 7.30 AM the next day, the bus was in the outskirts of Kolkata only at 9AM. I had to take a cab from the outskirts to catch my flight. Im sure the bus could not have reached the bus deport before 10:30 AM. The staff were friendly and well mannered.
