Dear Administrator of RedBus,
I traveled through this bus, My PNR-K9MQL9, date of journey:24-June-2015 at 9:05 PM. The journey was so horrible through this Mercedes Bus. The water was coming from bus roof on every sheet. We have complaint regarding this issue to bus staff, they were telling to us "sorry we can't do any things regarding this". On Rangarh toll plaza, the bus stopped due to some technical problem (Its gearbox was not working properly, said by driver). They have shifted all passengers in Prithvi Volvo, and the Prithvi bus charged Rs. 250 each passenger. Your (Gaurav) driver told to all passengers, you have to collect the amount from our(Gaurav) booking counter in Jamshedpur. When I have told your representative in Jamshepur bus booking counter, he told me that online ticket will be refunded through online not cash with in 24 hours. Till date (30-June-2015) I have not received any payment from Gaurva/Redbus.
