The quality has much degraded since my last travel with the same bus operator about 1.5 year back. There was a accident in the way resulting in a broken truck. Luckily, no body in bus was hurt. Additionally, there was a mix-up with my baggage and if not for our alertness, the bus staff would have lost our luggage in the way. They actually downloaded my luggage along with baggage of other passenger before our place of disembarkment. Had my wife not spotted this, we would have lost our luggage.
