Driver/conductor had no clear detail about which passenger has already booked ticket in his bus. Last day, Me and my wife were at the boarding point(quite far from city) 2 hrs early. However, when bus arrives, driver& conductor declined about any information about my booking in that bus and forbid me to board on bus(saying that we have no seats available). It was very very pathetic, disgusting and irresponsible response I got from any of the vehicle driver I have ever met.
After all, a support guy of that bus service helped me out. He confirmed that I was having seats booked in the same bus which left me earlier. He communicated with the driver and made him return to pick me up.
