I feel there should be "0-5" for ratings. As the bus service was cancelled from my Boarding point, I would give "0".
Though we receive a call one hour before the scheduled journey time, my family members comprising of "7" members had already left home in Panvel.
We were asked by Amber Travels to board alternative bus from Vashi @10:30pm instead of actual boarding from Panvel@9:16pm. When asked about for pick-up vehicle from Panvel to Vashi, they said staight NO. We had to manage on our own to reach Vashi.
Another bad thing to follow was, the alternative bus arrived one hour late at Vashi Plaza@11:30pm instead of 10:30pm.
The worst thing followed next! The alternative bus operater claimed that they had "no connection" with "Amber travels" and would drop my family members at Thane. He said the original bus would start from Thane to Vashi. He proposed to pay additional amount on top our booking amount to continue journey in that bus since it was AC sleeper instead of Non AC seater we had booked.
By that time, we were totally frustrated and opted to pay additional amount to continue our journey.
I am completed unsatisfied from this kind of service from redbus.in.
I would NOT recommend people to use redbus.in, if service is of the kind we experienced yesterday!!
This was THE WORST JOURNEY...:(
