As your staff knows that blanket is required for each passenger but after asking for blanket they did not provide the same. I can understand ur problem that at rajkot ur adiministration change the bus becouse of repair or any work was ur bus as per ur staff view. But non provided of blanket was very bad
worst staff, no proper stopping points, arrogant behaviour by staff, did not leave at the destination.
