Please convey my message to the management. The journey was comfortable but I had a scary and terrible incident with Atmaram Global Travels. They picked up 4 random rowdy guys after Mapusa just to make an extra buck. These guys slept in the middle passage of the bus, making it extremely inconvenient for passengers to get out of their seats. It was like a general sleeper train. Not only this, but when these 4 guys got down at SION, the idiotic and irresponsible conductor gave these guys an extra suitcase without any crosschecking. I was alert in the morning because I have heard they give wrong suitcases to passengers. The 4 guys were dropped. Later at Santa Cruz, 3 more guys got down to catch their flight, and realized one of their bags was missing. The idiotic conductor gave them MY suitcase instead since he couldn't find theirs. They realised it wasn't theirs, but took it anyway. Luckily I was at the seat above the hold, and immediately stopped the bus and made a riot to get my suitcase back. The guys then frantically tried contacting the 4 illegal passengers, but the conductor had not even noted down their details while they were in the bus!! Unbelievably irresponsible!!
Had I not seen this, my suitcase (which had contents worth more than 40,000) would have gone with 3 unknown guys. This is a GROSS error and the management has GOT TO PAY FOR IT. For all the inconvenience, as well as loss of belongings to the guys, they need to take accountability!! Absolutely sick. Not only this, but they need to take all possible details of each passenger in the case of theft, and need to inform their supervisors before picking up random passengers on the way. Highly unethical!! As this is a bus under your service, please do the needful to prevent this from happening again to someone else.
