Bus scheduled time was 11.15 PM, however bus had arrived at 12.35 AM. So many times red bus executive was contacted for providing contact no of bus staff, but they were reluctant to provide. Finally at last after rigorous request (after 10 request calls) conductor contact number was provided and i could contact the bus staff, who told me, " if you would not have cal me, i won't stop bus at Panipat as i was not informed about any booking from panipat".
I request, henceforth bus details along with bus staff contact must be provided on ticket itself and a confirmation message should also come from the bus operator side.
Hope, the services from RED BUS will be improve.
