The management was too worst that u cant expect from a leading bus provider company.we spent almost 8hrs on d NH-5at vizag during night time from 2300hrs to 0700hrs due to breakdown of volvo.we contacted with every personnel including their GM,DGM,CO but they were not in a mood to hear us.customer care is too sleepy that they told do whatever u wants.finally we had to call d media and after blocking the NH,d bus came at 0700hrs.they gave free breakfast to all just like a consolation prize for our 8hrs restless night.
