Pokkath travel cancelled their journey bus on that day. I contacted Pokkath travels on that day. They arranged another bus for me. I had to travel almost 5 km from my boarding point to new boarding point at night by auto (auto fare of 80 rupees i had to pay)

There was no staff expect the driver.
He doesn't even know where the passengers are going.
I boarded from alathur and i wanted to get down at kollam.
He doesn't even asked me the ticket when i am boarding.
At the time I reached kollam I was expecting a stop at KSRTC bus stand but there were no stop at all..
and I get down some where 26 km away from kollam town.
when i asked him why you didn't stop at kollam.
he told me that he hadn't given any details about where i need to get down.
it cost me Rs.5oo more to reach kollam town.
It came palakkad @ 1pm and there is no information that it is late by 45 mins.
The ac vent in the bus was completely damaged...due to which air was blowing in to my face throughout the journey...very bad experience

The bus never reaches at the pick point at palakkad on time. It makes the passenger wait for more than half an hour.....
The actual time at my boarding point was 10:15pm,but the bus came at 11pm.When i tried to contact the concerned one the response i got was very disappointing.They spoke very irresponsibly.The bus quality was good only.
Bus was 1Hr late. I was call the contact No. but not respond.
On our last trip, it was raining.The rain water was dripping on top of my 10 year old daughters seat as if from a tap. very bad experience!!!!We are travelling very frequently by Green line express but this time we had this bad experience.
