Palakkad, also known as Palghat, is a district in Kerala which connects the state to Tamilnadu through Palghat Gap located in the Western Ghats.     Drivers should behave with customers on board,especially with females. The driver and staff on Kallada travels were very rude to females, they dont even respect older people. They should be thought to behave.

    For the paid amount of 1300/- the vehicle quality and travel quality was very bad.

    The bus had a break down in between. The service was bad. Bus was late.

    bus came by 2 hrs late,and a bus change was happened in between, they reached chennai by 10 am next day. bus was not clean and staff behavior was bad with female passengers.
