I booked in a sleeper expecting a pleasant journey. the reporting time was 1015 PM. I reached at 10. The bus was parked at the POC. On inquiring, I was told that the bus would only start by 1130. Regarding the timing, I was told that the Website people- here referring to RedBus simply bring forward for some purposes. This is pathetic!!! They were waiting for some other passengers to arrive in a different bus and switch bus. I arrived three hours late. Hats off!!!

Bus was late by 1 hr 15 minutes. I was waiting in the main road by standing. There is no place for sitting and the local office person gave driver number and asked to wait and take bus. I realized that if train/flight is late, we get some place to sit. There was noise and vibration in the cabin. This may be due to rear engine in Merz. Benz. I rate this as very poor service.
