This 2+2 seater is a mini van and is very uncomfortable. Very difficult for two people to sit. Got very bad knee pain as the front seats were hiting on my knees. And no enough space for your luggage. I will never travel in this vehicle again.
Bus was a smaller one & duffrent from whch was shown for seat booking. Staff really good. answered all queries calmly. Also dropped at doorstep of hotel as it was night 11.00. good ratings provided due to Staff behaviour only.
Buss luggage storage was very dirty. Our backpack got very dirty. Bus started very late from ooty. Driver was very rude and was an immature driver. Because of his poor driving skills, our whole trip got spoiled. We were planned to reach mysore at 10PM but because of the driver, we could reach to the mudumallai only by 9PM and we had to arrange for urgent accomodation at some dirty lodge. We had accomodation at Mysore for which our money got wasted.
We have booked total 9 tickets. However the seats allotted by redbus booking are not given by bus operator. Overall journey was satisfactory.
