Scheduled to dep at Ooty by 5.30 pm but actually dep at 6-15pm. Seats r not comfortable.Karnataka etc charged for two tickets rs. 262. But u have charged rs. 500. This two high with least comfort. Pl improve
they showed a good push back bus while reservation, but in reality they asked to travel in small van. worse service.
The bus wasnt so comfortable as it jumps too much over obstacles.....you are not sure to be sitting in one suitable posture. ...staff keeps on changing the seats
