    Customer Reviews

I am a fully satisfied traveller. I felt pretty secured while travelling in ghat section. ONLY MINUS POINT I FEEL IS BUS TO STOP FOR REFRESHMENT NEAR A GOOD HOTEL/RESTAURANT WHERE VEG AND NON VEG ARE SEPARATELY BEING SERVED.

He was boarding many people on the way

Bus driver was very polite but the another assistant was very rude. there were lot of goods items loaded into bus which is threat to passengers safety

Next time I m not book this bus .green line travels is very bad inside the bus & inside no cleaning & very vrust smell .totally very bad service.

Very bad bus not maintained properly got frustrated

There was no punctuality from the crew..AC was not ON for most of the time (only for 1hr out of 4hrs journey).. Worst experience..

Scheduled to dep at Ooty by 5.30 pm but actually dep at 6-15pm. Seats r not comfortable.Karnataka etc charged for two tickets rs. 262. But u have charged rs. 500. This two high with least comfort. Pl improve

they showed a good push back bus while reservation, but in reality they asked to travel in small van. worse service.

The bus wasn't so comfortable as it jumps too much over are not sure to be sitting in one suitable posture. ...staff keeps on changing the seats

For us foreigners (West Europe), this bus trip of 5 hours was an adventure. The trip was beautiful and the staff was kind and helpful. The start point in Ooty was a bit unclear, just a vague description and no sign. It was good that in the 5 hours, we got a short break 2 times (for toilet, for a drink). The road itself was sometimes quite bad, or with a lot of difficult speed breakers. In the bus they started a film. In west Europe we would not have chosen for such a film with a lot of violence (especially for the few children in the bus like ours), but we were guests in India so I don't want to complain. After that, it was silent and some of us fell sort of asleep. Not such a good idea was to put a DVD with music on again, while quite some persons slept. With an extremely loud volume! My son woke up and was very unhappy. Happily, the driver responded to my question to put the volume low, he even switched it off completely, very kind. We saw a wild elephant! The trip ended late evening with something very good: the bus brought us directly to our hotel! We had not expected that and are still very thankful.

This 2+2 seater is a mini van and is very uncomfortable. Very difficult for two people to sit. Got very bad knee pain as the front seats were hiting on my knees. And no enough space for your luggage. I will never travel in this vehicle again.

Bus was a smaller one & duffrent from whch was shown for seat booking. Staff really good. answered all queries calmly. Also dropped at doorstep of hotel as it was night 11.00. good ratings provided due to Staff behaviour only.

Bus's luggage storage was very dirty. Our backpack got very dirty. Bus started very late from ooty. Driver was very rude and was an immature driver. Because of his poor driving skills, our whole trip got spoiled. We were planned to reach mysore at 10PM but because of the driver, we could reach to the mudumallai only by 9PM and we had to arrange for urgent accomodation at some dirty lodge. We had accomodation at Mysore for which our money got wasted.

We have booked total 9 tickets. However the seats allotted by redbus booking are not given by bus operator. Overall journey was satisfactory.
