There was no bus available at the platform. I waited till 10:30 PM and now when I complaint back via email to redbus.in then they are like
'as per the confirmation from operator bus was available at the platform. Request you to provide the details as which platform number was guided by UPSRTC team and also do provide name, counter details/address and counter contact number which helps us to get in touch with operator for further investigation.'
Now they want me to go back to the bus stop and collect all the details like name, counter no. address. This is the responsibility of the redbus.in to collect all the details not an individual who suffered due to their faults.
When you call to the customer care each time the Customer Care Executives asked you that your bus was on time or either you may be on the wrong platform.
