I am not sure if there is any better bus service in Maharashtra than Neeta travels, if yes I suggest you choose it, AC broke near kalyan so we were delayed by an hour, seats were dirty, the bottle holder was broken, bus was smelly,
It was a horrible experience. The bus stopped halfway and intimation was not given to the passengers.
