Nashik to Indore Travelled on 29th Night As per ticket Bus departure time 11:59 pm but bus came 12:50 am As per ticket bus arrival time to indore 5:50 am but reached by 8:00 am. Driver is very good. But behaviour of another person is very bad.He making unnecessary noise.There is one sticker for complaints int hat sticker one number one digit of mobile no is missed. Waiting at midnight in very cold condition is worst. There is no sms service for booked tickets,We dnt have any contact number also.for charging more than Rs.1000 they not provided water bottle too. we are unable to track the bus with the app.I ahve travelled in Neeta volvo many times. But this is worst.
