This is the first time I traveled by this service. I have had a good impression of this travel service before this journey despite the fact that I had not traveled in their buses earlier. But, in my very first journey, the bus reached the destination almost 2 hours late. And, when a young woman asked why they did not tell the passengers when they reached the particular stop she had to get down at, their response was irritating. It is important for the managers of the travel service to sensitise the drivers and attendants on the importance of decent behaviour and time sense. If there are 40 passengers in the bus and if everybody loses two hours due to laziness or irresponsibility of a single person, the total loss is 40 hours of time to the society and on top of that, the stress all of them experience to make up for the lost time adds to the difficulties of already stressful lives.
