Ac widout cool air. 2. Dropped in Pune to board in connecting bus for mumbai. (Takes an hour n half and no reserved seat as a looted in first ticket.) 3. BUS QUALITY WAS TOO HORIBLE, AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,BUS AMBIANCE IS ALSO NOT GOOD..PLEASE TRY TO ARRANGE SOME DIFFERENT BUS FOR MUMBAI WHICH WILL VALUE FOR MONEY TO THE CUSTOMER..AND I BOOKED AC SLEEPER UP TILL MUMBAI..BUT SANJYA TRAVEL HD GIVE ME FACILITY UPTILL PUNE ONLY,AFTER PUNE THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT SEMI SLEEPER BUS..MY MAIN ISSUE IS, I HAD BOOKED AC SLEEPER UP TILL MUMBAI.
The bus was on time as I didnt know the bus will be changed from pune to Mumbai which I came to know later so told the bus staff to give me a heads up when it reached pune to board the bus for Mumbai, but I didnt got informed and they drop me at no mans land which took to se time to figure out from where I will get the bus and got late to attend a function by 2 hrs.
