Worst experience i have this time.i wont refer anyone to use services of your kind.my booked bus was cancelled .given seat in condome bus(non AC).i want to forget this journey like anightmare.
I was waiting at my stop at sadar in nagpur which was 7pm but then i needed to wait 20 minutes more after that during the journey the light and charging point of my side was also not working and the stoppage of 1 hour at night was really frustrating. I reached bhopal 1 hour late at 5 AM . Plus no facility of washroom so you need to go outside in trees wherever they stop.
Bus was ok but after every 2 hours it would stop for half an hour. In my 10 hours journey I couldnt sleep properly due to which I prefer not to travel with this kind of bus again. Also the sit was not properly confirmed. Seat numbering is not done properly which is hard for a person. I did my seat booking at left side but I was made to sit at the right side. Kindly look at this matter.
Overall it was a nice journey experience in Verma travels
