To whomsoever it may concern, The bus which was suppose to start the journey at 7:30 am started at 8:05 am from mysore the bus which was suppose to be given to us green line was not the same but a bus which was not upto the mark the seats were not very comfortable the bus halted at 3 places which not required. it was like a sight seeing for other passengers in the bus wasting our valuable time, and while on the tour the bus broke down at a spot where we were left stranded for more than an hour and leaving with us in the bus was the bus helper the bus driver and the tour guide left the bus unattended later once the tour guide was back he just apologized saying he had to leave without informing us to get some other bus arranged. the bus which was suppose to reach ooty at 1:00 pm reached at 3:45 pm which was extremely poor service. and an inconvenience to passengers traveling by the bus. Extremely dissatisfied.
Bus was OK. Not very comfortable although it has good leg space. There will be guide in the bus who will keep on entertaining and will make your journey towards ooty eventful.
Not worth for the price. Ksrtc buses are better than this.timing is at least 1 hour late than the actual and one more thing is they charge extra 50 for border(Karnataka and tamilnadu) tole per person. If you are planning just to travel from Mysore to Ooty dont prefer this.
Nice service and very good guidance
