    1. This bus goes via Bangalore. This is not mentioned anywhere. From Bangalore they only start at 11pm. In total it takes 22/23hrs. 2. At Bangalore, I requested to change the ticket to a sleeper bus, for which I was willing to pay difference amount. Though the seat was available they did not do it because the software doesnt allow!

VRL Travels-Mumbai to Bangalore-The Bus starts a bit late (due to variation in Traffic) but maintained the punctuality in dropping time. Bus Quality: Minor issues with Screens that have to be better in covering. Punctuality: Although 20mins late, but still good.

never mentioned while booking the ticket that i have to change the bus from Bangalore once boarded a bus from Mysore. once Bangalore came i was asked to get down from the bus and take another bus to Mumbai. when i asked the conductor that which bus should i take now for Mumbai he simply replied check with the counter. SRS Bangalore location can be rightfully described by a single word "CHAOS". after 15 minutes and a lot of effort to reach near to the SRS counter among the hundreds of unmanaged people, finally i got the my new bus number and time. in all i had to wait for 45 minutes over there waiting for a connecting bus. lesson learned - "try your best to get train tickets in time so that never have to travel by buses."
