never mentioned while booking the ticket that i have to change the bus from Bangalore once boarded a bus from Mysore. once Bangalore came i was asked to get down from the bus and take another bus to Mumbai. when i asked the conductor that which bus should i take now for Mumbai he simply replied check with the counter. SRS Bangalore location can be rightfully described by a single word "CHAOS". after 15 minutes and a lot of effort to reach near to the SRS counter among the hundreds of unmanaged people, finally i got the my new bus number and time. in all i had to wait for 45 minutes over there waiting for a connecting bus. lesson learned - "try your best to get train tickets in time so that never have to travel by buses."

Bus was approx. 1hr late from starting point. Hence late at all stop. Since few seats were vacant, bus driver & cleaner where looking for seats at all stop which further delayed it more.... Staff was very aggressive.
