Bus was clean. VRL usually better than other buses. Reaches on time. Driver Does not check if all passengers have come back when stopped at night. Careful..

One of a worst travel. I was asked to get down at pump well circle mangalore instead of bus stand or induce city. Why the hell they allow to book for mangalore ticket if they dont go inside mangalore.. At morning 3.30 I was left down without any vehicle to catch. I was stand still for half an hour to get auto.. Pathetic it was the journey with Shree kumar travel. Let me if redbus is really going to come back with what exactly wrong happened. Is redbus is really caring for customer or just name taking review..,

Earlier I had traveled.but this time there was no luggage box and the windows could not be opened. The staff didnt drop me at the exact stop and blamed me for that. I requested him to intimate me when the stop comes. I had told him many a times but he didnt.I had 2 bags of delicate luggage but the bus operator didnt provide me with the luggage box

Bus was decent. Not much rattling sounds. The curtains provided didnt had strings to hold them at their place. This was the only issue with the bus. Coming to the staff, the driver was very rude and impatient at the time when we had to get down at our stop. He didnt give us even a minute proper to get down from our seat and was constantly shouting us that he is getting late. This was very disappointing for us. But, overall the journey was decent.
