Bus was 1 hour late .
The information regarding the pick up point was too vague,
The bus almost drove past me at the stop.
The bus did not go to the destination claimed in the booking
Despite asking staff if it was direct , on phone and on the bus.
I was made to change and wait along amidst total chaos at 5am before being put on a bus operaTed by a different company.
Seems to me redbus is continuing the industry standard of lies and misinformation
