We arrived one hour and a half late. The bus itself is not bad, but the route is so chaotic that it is almost impossible to sleep.

In case of delay, the same may be informed by SMS. It may avoid unnecessary waiting
Should try to inform customer by SMS whenever there is a delay
I felt very sorry for booking with Kallada travels. It took more than 20 hours to reach ohours to reach our destination from Mysore. That was how the service provided by Kallada travels staff.I will definitely think twice before I will book with Kallada travels. That much horrible I experienced with them.
The bus arrived at Mysore one houre late. We arrived at Ernaculam with a delay of three (!!!) hours. We are not amused by this!
The charger points were not working.
The bus was supposed to reach destination by 9:30 am but reached only by 12:30 pm..

Bus arrived half an hour late. I had booked the A3 seat (first row) and the co-driver who was sitting in A4 started complaining that a "lady" has sat next to him and now he will not be able to sleep properly. And i don't know if it was the route or the way he was driving, i puked 4 times on the journey (never had motion sickness). Will definitely avoid bus travel from Mysore to Kerala.

Not bad, bus quality and neatness is poor
