The bus came almost 1 hour 30 minutes late (there was an on going ksrtc and bmtc strike, least expected was communication), because of which I couldn't travel at all. When contacted the mobile number provided there was no response. Before booking the ticket please let us know that we have to take the print out of the ticket. I booked the ticket at 10pm in the Night, Bus is at 7:30 AM, how to get the printout, if there is no printer available. Why would this travel require an Printed ticket?.
