I have purchased direct ticket from Mundra to Jamnagar. But the transporter took us from Mundra @ 9.30 PM to Gandhidham @ 10.45 PM by an AC BUS which is going to Ahmedabad and dropped at Gandhidham asked us to wait till 11.30 PM . Another Non AC bus departed from Gandhidham by 12.00 in Mid night and reached Jamnagar by 6 AM disturbing the sleep. REDBUS should ensure in future whether the transporter is providing a direct bus from Point to Point basis or not before booking.

Bus had reached at destination by 1&half late. Bus was taking unnecessary halt at various station. Driver and conductor was only interested to pick the passengers from road without ticket. Not at all good experience. It's worst.

booking tickets via red bus is very easy and comfortable. red bus or travel partner should inform whether the bus operates a direct fleet to the destination or has switch over in between the journey. only dis appointment was that, i came to know regarding change of bus from Gandhidham after i boarded. there was no such information provided on red bus booking.
