Overall the experience was decent. Just that wherever they stopped for snacks and all on the highway, they stopped for too long. The bus was exactly on time for pickup. So full points for punctuality

The bus arrived late by 40 mins. Arrival time at destination was mentioned incorrectly on your website. Plug points were not working.

I booked from Mumbai to Baroda. The stop in batoda was so far from the city and it cost me half of the ticket amount to reach home. Its pathetic ever. Atleast you should put a exit point in mid if yhe city. Worst thing ever seen.

The bus was late by more than an hour. I had my ticket from Sion but my seat was occupied by someone else and I got to sit only at Andheri which is after 30-40 minutes. It was a pathetic experience. I do not think I will do the booking through Redbus in future. Haresh
