I had booked Mumbai to yeola bus ticket for my sister who was travelling alone . Ticket no : TH5F86789749. PNR No : Q2MFVGJ. The arrival time at yeola was mentioned as 6am on redbus website while booking . When my sister asked at 5.45am if we have reached yeola she was informed that they had passed yeola 2 hrs back. Driver told her to get down on highway & travel by St bus.When she refused he asked a bus going to shirdi to drop her mid-way. She had to then walk 2 km to reach a St stand. Really upset with redbus & radha prem travels. Isn't it responsibility of redbus to provide correct arrival time & of driver to inform pasenger when he has arrived at destination 2 hrs early at 3.30/4am in night.
