Bus quality is very poor , we were supposed to reach destination till 9 am approximately 14 hours journey but it took 20 hours and we reached at 5pm,, I will never opt for chintamani
Cleanliness not upto mark, some odour coming through out the journey.
Not punctual. I have missed my office time. No mobile charging arrangement. I cant planned my perso al work further. It can be improved. Staff not behave good.
The bus cleaner continuously provided the bus status as it was late. Appreciate it!
The bed sheets of the births should be regularly cleaned in order to travel comfortably.
Never travel through this travel bus, They have charged double fare but the bus condition was very bad. The window glass was broken, so we have to bear with cold wind all night. They reached to Yawatmal about 4 hours late. They put almost double passengers in the bus.
Anita Vivek Jambhulkar
The bus suppose to reach by 8 per online timings on redbus but it reaches 10:45 and hence I missed my friends wedding.
Also the bus quality and the staff behaviour is not good at all.
