Bus was to arrive at destination at 07:30 AM in morning but it arrived at 09:30 AM. They forgot about our destination and did not halt the bus. When I reminded them about the drop location they answered they forgot and I was dropped ahead of our destination. I had to travel back on my own

          01-Jul-2015

Boarding from Mumbai was on time, but at destination we reached 2 hours late instead of 7:30 AM it was 9:30 AM. The Staff forgot halt at our destination and we were dropped 5 Km ahead of out destination point when i asked them about the stop as staff members forgot about our destination location. We had to take a local cab to return to our destination. Bus Interiors needs to be more clean and loose wires and equipment needs to be looked at.
