It's not on time 1 hour late departure to arrival both and it's full of traffic. I am not satisfied

  • 14-Sep-2016

First of all the bus was 2 hoours late from Mumbai, where there was no proper waiting area for passengers. We were all sitting on the footpath next to the highway. Once the bus came, no one checked properly for tickets. We were just told to get on the bus and find our seats. The helper didnt even take the luggage and put it in the hold, my husband had to go to the back of the bus and put it in himself, and no tag was provided for the luggage either. Now coming to the interior of the bus, it was just filthy! No curtain on the window, seats were squeaky and worst part......we found a used condom on the floor. I'lll definitely not book a bus from Paulo Travels.
