Condition of bus qas very bad. .online ita showing Tuljapur reaching time is 6:30 but the driver said it's a false timings..bus reached Tuljapur on 8:30-9:00 am.The behavior of staff was bad...its such a bad experience.

I appreciate for being late not less than 20 minutes at the pick up point. The design of the bus appeared like a running mortuary. I was recollecting the story of Hydrabad Volvo accident. I am just wondering what will happen to passengers in such contingency. I was feeling suffocated inside the cabin. When I opened the window one of the staff was shouting and asked me to shut the window as Air Condition was on. The worst part they unnecessarily stopped the bus in Solapur for 45 minutes. Keeping people on waiting. I missed one of the important meeting at office because of their irresponsible behavior. I dont recommend others to travel in this bus.

The trip was bad. The seat is not at all comfortable. The conductor's behaviour was bad. I travelled in N.T. SIDDHANATH Non A/c Seater (2+2) Bus from Mumbai to Tuljapur. While travelling , I have fallen sick and around at middle of the night, my friend asked the conductor to stop the bus twice where bathroom is available. the conductor didn't cared and also behaved badly by saying, Don't come again. It will stop after 1 an half hour only. I puked, most of the time as I was not feeling well. and the bus conductor hardly cared and was enjoying his sleep. It was a terrible travel for me. Very bad customer service. will never travell again in this bus.

Used Red bus service from Mumbai to Tuljapur journey. Faced these problems/ inconvenience. 1) from actual proposed time of bus , it reached almost 2 hours late at destination. Why ? From Borivali to Panvel it took 4.30 hrs. I know u were taking big halt to get passengers. But then u should inform passengers in prior. 2) biggest missery was no proper halt for bathroom break. 3) I was travelling for first by this route, called your operator to check my halt at destination. Accordingly I wanted to book my hotel n other things. But operator said, u don't disclose this? How do u expect, that everyone is regular traveller ? After entering bus , only I came to know halt( stop ) name. Even while returning from there, given time was 8.30 pm, and bus started at 9.20 pm Again same bathroom break problem. In midnight, bus ran out of disel/ petrol. Cleaner cum assistant went 2 km, to get it. How such reputed bus service can't recognise their bus tank is going to be empty?

bus was supposed to reach at Tuljapur at 6 a.m, but it reached at 10.a.m. the staff was extremely arrogant when asked about the delay, the staff took people in middle at solapur bus stations at Rs 60, because of which we were delayed by almost 2 hours.we had paid Rs 1200 to reach on time, but for Rs 60 they took extra people, making us uncomfortable and extremely late.I will never avail redbus service, since they dont have verified travel options.

Though this is AC bus don't expect at all tht u will get chilled air. Staff of bus put ACs on fan mode. During journey I had to literally tell them again and again to turn on AC. They used to keep ac on for 1hr and again back to fan mode. It was really irritating specially wen u r travelling in summer. I don't know if that is a money making policy of staff or company itself. I am going to complain to company also. unfortunately there is no other direct bus to tuljapur from Mumbai. Otherwise journey was okay.

bus was very good spacious but not comfortable too much movements sounds, and the most important is time which was not at all followed the bus was stop at every junction to pick up extra passenger so as to get extra money so till the bus was not full it used to wait every stops for more than hour or two which made the journey sick
