Negative : No blanket. No shoe rack on lower berth. Staff is very rude, inspite of showing my ticket both hard copy & soft copy at the inception of the journey, the very same person woke me up after 2 hours around 11.30 pm & sought proof of ticket to which I responded that I have already shown you the same, he retorted saying if I ask 10 times again you will & are bound to show your ticket. I felt higly offended at this kind of attitude. Ride quality was very poor. Punctuality was good. Will never travel by Eagle

Travelled with Eagle Falcon for three consecutive times now. Their Sleeper AC Volvo is amazing. The seats are clean, the bus reaches the destination on time and the staff is reasonably helpful. Decent value for money. I highly recommend Eagle Falcon

Waiting on the highway for more than one and half hours. Bus break down, another 1 hour waiting. Finally reached destination after 3 hrs delay. The travels to return entire trip amount + amount for the delay, and wasted time of mine.will file in consumer forum.
