    It was fucking horrible. First of all they didnt gave us an proper address of ther bus stopeag in bandra, We had to find it in andheri, It tooks 1 hour jusf to find there place. The after they didnt mention the stop in area, They cross surat from outer area and didnt even infrom us about that we reachd surat, So when we fell so late to reach the destination Then we realise the we crossed the surat N then we were in ankleswar at 1pm. It was realy horrible journey just because that bus. Will give minus 1000 star if i am having an option for it. Then

    I booked my tickets for Mumbai to Surat . When I boarded the bus I was told I have to get down in the highway . Red bus should actually show the drop points .

    Vehicle was good, but I booked my pick up from sion vithal mandir, but bus staff was not allowing me to occupie my seat as it was already occupied by someone else. Staff say me that we have received information that your pick up from borivali and now you have to seat in on other seat as soon as your seat gets empty then we will allow you to seat on your seat. No information about arrival point Bad experience I have

    The bus driver had allotted the seat to someone else. I had to wait standing up till that person got up. But the most irritating part was that i WS left stranded at a place which was 20 KMS frm Surat city at 11:30 at night. Tge bus was very late.
