    The vehicle committed was Inova, but the actual vehicle came was Artica, with very bad condition. We were 6 people suppose to travel but in Artica only 5 people can seat. Drivers is rash drive he not even bother about the speed breaker. Altogether it was a horrible ride.

    Bus came an hour late. The manager of the bus was very rude. The bus did not stop in the entire journey from mumbai to surat.

    the booking clerk asked me to hurriedly reach their office and then sent me to boarding point 8 kms away, the bus was changed without information, the bus departed 1 hour 45 minutes late, the booking clerk was very rude and un-cooperative, very bad experience
