The bus driver had allotted the seat to someone else. I had to wait standing up till that person got up. But the most irritating part was that i WS left stranded at a place which was 20 KMS frm Surat city at 11:30 at night. Tge bus was very late.

I alwalways travel by train. This was my first experience by bus. And this was so hectic. No outside view on lower seats. I request to staff to give me any uper seat, he gave me and told me whoever will come Ill adjust, than that passenger came he told to staff that i want that seat only, at that time staff only told me to come down. Curtains were broken. No shoe rack on lowers seats. Drunk pax vomited next to my seat. Now hope you understand my journey.
