Only worry was the curtains, very shaby and dirty. SRS used to be very clean but cirtains vety very dirty and smelly. I even have photograph if required. I need to think about travelling next tome from SRS.
Staff was very nice. They waited for few minutes as my friend was late. Nus Quality was also good.
Too many in between halts.
There shudnt be any halt for breakfast/tea for next day morning.
Noone is interested in breakfast n tea except the driver .
A 5 min halt is ok.But it litetally waits for about half n hour.
Journey is good. But, bus is never on time :(
Tried to call bus but no reply to call for almost 1 hour, its ok that bus was late, but should have courtesy to reply to the call
VRL always have superb service
Journey was smooth & without any problem.Halts should be at places where the food is good and rates are reasonable. Ladies face hardships as they do not get clean and hygienic toilets.
The bus got 2.30 hours late.
The bus timing was 4.45p.m. And it picked us up at 5.45p.m. The worst factor they got us boarded in some other vrl which got changed in soon and on top d luggage had to b carried individually along with a kid and nobody helped while loading the luggage. They took luggage charged of Rs. 300 stating dat blue polythenes n cartons are charged 150 each. But did not took money from other passenger who had 10 blue coloured polythene bags. There was a manager at soon highway who also was acting too smart I wish I had got his name so that next time he either charge all the passenger and not only one falls as his prey..why was luggage only charged to us and not other passengers who had carried 10 commercial bags... Not at all accepted vrl management. This is a bias and pathetic service that is being delivered. And the height was they took d money in sion and the receipt was not given to us at the very moment. The receipt was given to us in vashi that too after asking the vrl staff. Wen i got the receipt the luggage showed us 40kg on the receipt which is a big lie as they did not even measure the weight of the luggage and jus randomly charged us which is a fraud thing done to the passengers. I would appreciate if you take your service seriously and passenger don't lose their trust on you...god bless
a reasonably good journey, though the price was hiked up due to long weekend. Bus was well-maintained.
Pick point sign board if provided it will be good, like in Vashi old toll naka , we could not understand where we have to wait
It was a pleasant journey and helped me in reaching Sirsi on time
Don't mention exact reaching time pls say + or -
