    The guy at boarding point (valeparle near airport) is very irrespective and arrogant. He dont care how to response to the general question to the passengers like us. Simply he is waste guy. Hence he is not suitable to work there. Which impact the NEETA travels all over.

    Bus was 1.50 hours late....waited for so long. Behaviour of staff was bad. Redbus also charged booking fees, we got to know it later. Bad experience really very bad.

    The travel was worst.. nothing was good there.. I even wont had a sleep bcoz the lights were fully on !! Not recommended to anyone.
