This is one of the worst experiance of travelling in my life. I am really thinking why I booked ticket in redbus. First of all I booked mumbai to Shirdi bus for 28th Aug with Paulo travels. The bus timing is 9.50 PM at thane. We were waiting there from 9.30 till 12.50 AM. There is no proper update about ETA nither by driver nor by Paulo travels. Then we had contact with Paulo travels regarding this behaviour, then they told us that the bus is on contract with Paulo travels. So Paulo travels never shown any responsibility for there customer. The bus we travelled are of maharaja transport. We dont think if redbus suggesting this bus for travelling then I will not book my ticket with redbus again. Kindly dont suggest such a bad transport like Paulo travels and maharaja travels. The behaviour of maharaja transport people on bus is very arrogant. They never accepeted there mistake. The bus reach at 12.50 and left at 1.45 AM. Maharaja transport had not moved bus for a hour inspite of travels unhappiness. So conclusion is if you want to keep your level, then filter out such type of transport.
