On bus quality - the bus had some technical problem near Nashik on the journey from Shirdi to Mumbai due to while there was one to two hours delay. While interiors and ride quality were comfortable, we expect a better maintained bus. On staff behaviour, one incident created some disappointment to me. While boarding from Shirdi on way back to Mumbai, the bus driver attendant asked us to speak to some third bus operator (Ketki travels) and tell him that we will be boarding Swami travels , not Ketki travels. I spoke to him but had to repeatedly tell the Swami bus attendant at Shirdi that I have paid for a seat in Swami travels bus so will not travel by Ketki or whatever. I might not go for redbus again due to such issues.
