they ask for extra charges for luggage even if the luggage is not more than usual. haggling for money by doing so. staff is ill mannered and pathetic. they do not give straight forward answers and the service is truly a disgrace after being charged so much and paying extra for the luggage.
The bus was scheduled to reach at 7:15 am but reached at 12 noon. The bus took a detour from Ahmedabad which it was not supposed to take. The driver was picking random passengers on the way which delayed the bus.

Good staff but the sleeper compartment is not enough for a individual with 5 feet 8 inch. It was the only thing needs to be taken care. Every thing else was really good.
