It was a bad experience. We booked NEETA Travels VOLVO Sleeper from Mumbai to Rajkot, the bus was late by 1 hour. After boarding the bus we had to fight for our reserved Seat as someone else occupied that seat and refused to vacant. Even the bus staff also didnt bother to intervene in the argument to resolve the matter. We had to travel standing till borivali with 2 kids before we got our reserved seats. I complained to RED bus at the same time but NO response from their side. Very Bad Experience

    1) Bus was suppose to be multi axle Volvo, but the bus was single axle Volvo. 2) Bus stopped at a hotel in the morning at around 7.30am. Bus left the hotel leaving me behind. They did not checked before leaving to see whether all the passenger are back in the bus. I got scarred as my bags were in the bus. But fortunately, I got a coll from bus crew saying we are standing at circle & waiting for me. The circle was about 1.5km away from the hotel & there were no facilities like Auto available. I requested one bus driver & he dropped me to my bus.
