    interior was quiet good. blanket was good in condition and washed. staff was somehow rude and not answering properly.

    The bus is of average quality it is a old bus This bus was supposed to come at 8.00pm it came at 9.00 and left at 9.30 it reached its destination 2.30 hours late

    Bus was late by an hour at Origin and was late by 3 and half hours at Rajkot. Suspensions was completely out.

    Bus did not stop at pickup point. I have to take an auto till next pickup point as they called me I wanted to book 2 tickets but after booking 1 ticket I couldnt find same bus online on red bus app so I had to book it by calling travel office directly and couldnt get discount benefit
