No rest room facility at pickup point. Travel agent shows no concern for passengers. Too busy in selling tickets & making money. Too much of time is spent on collecting passengers enroute. Luggage tags are not issued. Nothing exciting.
while departure was on time, it got delayed by 1:5 hours for 4:30 hour journey. thats disgusting. we started our journey at 15:00 from Goregaon at right time, but we reached pune at 21:00, against scheduled arrival time of 19:30. Bus was of average good quality, cant expect much at that rate. if they improve on punctuality then its full paisa vasool...
Boarding time was perfect. Travel time also perfect. But this time Bus quality was not good. Otherwise all things was good.
