Team, thanks for the service. However, a couple of points that i would like to put in your notice regarding this trip: 1. Please send a sms for Bus Number to passengers (1 hr in advance will do). This will help passengers while boarding the correct bus. As far as i remember, Redbus used to send Bus Number earlier. Not sure why was it stopped. For this trip, i had booked one multi acle semisleeper bus but i came to know that it was single axle sleeper bus when the bus arrived. 2. Bus should wait if it arrives before time at a bus stop.
Staff behaviour was not bad in bus but at the pickup point. The number shared in message after booking belonged to some traveller. Who wasnt at all interested to entertain and was not even talking properly. Some ho I managed to get the bus after asking so many people.
The bus arrived an hour late and halted a lot enroute. They had booked 7 passengers at a stop when the total seats left in the bus was 5 leading to chaos. The driver was using his mobile phone while driving.
