    Inspite of booking sleeper busn we had to travel partial journey in a seater bus. Also for pick up the bus was late by 45 min.

    Horrific experience travelling from Neeta travels, Beds were smelling, seat lamps not working, charging point not working and worst was the emergency opening on ceiling was leaking water.

    actual bus time was 10.15 pm according to ticket but it came around 11.30pm.than conductor told we have to change the bus after vashi because this is not the actual bus in which we have booked our ticket.........its disgusting to wait a hour and to change the bus after a half sleep in heavy rain.finally we have changed bus around 3.00 am
