I had booked the ticket for my uncle, he had a tough reaching palakkad kerala, when he got down a bangalore to change the bus, the second bus conductor told him that his ticket is till coimbatore. He will make get down at coimbatore or else pay extra money. The bus conductor is saying that you people are cheating everyone, you guys are only taking the money but not giving it to the bus travels. This the first & the last time I have booked ticket from redbus. A very horrible experience
