Worst bus service I ever used in hygiene as well as in comfort manner. Even bus attendant was very very rude and manners less.

      04-Feb-2015

Hi my overall experience was bad for raja travels. Bcoz staff behaviour was not up to the mark. And one thing i want to mention bus seat was not fully booked and every point staff picking customers from different location for only money purpose.

      02-Nov-2014

I have had a horrific experience on this journey. The bus was very uncomfortable. The berth and the cushion was smelling badly. I will not recommend this travels to anybody.

      18-Jun-2014

Cleanliness required at good level. Also require bedsheets n air perfume for disodour. Otherwise service is good

      08-Jun-2014

I have booked my ticket two days before. And on journey day my ticket was cancelled and sold to other customer. I have tried to contact many times to helpline but there is no response from red bus team. The curtains and bed sheet was not clean like other bus. As you are charging high rate why dont you maintain it.

      30-May-2014

Pathetic is the least that i can say about RAJA BUS. First of all the bus came at my boarding point (NATIONAL PARK) 20 mins late, then it was supposed to be a AC Bus but just after reaching SION their AC stopped and it never came again till my destination (OSMANABAD). Even after repeated complaints to their staff in bus as well in their HO (Charkop),our complaints fell to deaf ears. It didnt ended here even while on way back to MUMBAI i had to take this same pathetic bus as there is no option of other bus plying in this route. So i would suggest everyone to stay away from RAJA BUS. VERY filthy condition of seats, seats were stinking. Please avoid this bus.

Carry your own pillow and blanket, charger points are there working great to charge laptop and mobiles.

      28-Aug-2012

Carry a pillow, carry a quilt, it could get cold. Carry some food. Carry laptop if you have for a time pass (you can charge it while in bus).
