I was waiting this email from your side.
I am saying you that it was one of the worst bus service ever, in my life.
Points to be noted for this:
1- Delay in time of departure by 1:50hours.
2- Delay in time of arrival by 1:30hours
4- Frequent stops saying for 20 minutes but continuing for 40 minutes and more.
Many people who are frequent traveller said that delaying is the regular practice of the operator.
Tickets on the counter was cheaper (Rs 700) than the price charged online.
Hope you will treat this feedback for improvement in services, not as a process for getting attention from travelers and refund of excess money charged.
